Dorit Kemsley and her husband, Paul “PK” Kemsley, are motivated sellers.
After listing their six-bedroom, 10-bathroom Encino, California home for $9.495 million just one month ago, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills cast members have slashed $1.5 million off the price in hopes of quickly unloading the property, which they initially purchased in summer 2019.
According to the current listing, Dorit and PK, who paid $6.5 million for the home in 2019, are now hoping to sell their contemporary farmhouse for $7.995 million with the help of their fellow Bravolebrities, Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles cast members David Parnes and James Harris. They both work out of The Agency, which is owned by Dorit’s co-star Kyle Richards‘ husband, Mauricio Umansky.
At the time the home was first listed, an insider told DailyMailTV that Dorit and PK had put their home on the market just over a year after they purchased it because they were in need of something larger.
“Dorit and PK are selling their home because they are now going to run their businesses from their house,” the source shared. “Their kids are also being home schooled so they are looking for a larger estate that is laid out for this new COVID world we find ourselves in.”
“[Dorit and PK are] on the hunt to buy a new house,” the insider added.
Dorit and PK moved into their Encino home last summer as filming began on RHOBH season 10. At the time, they were trying to sell their former six-bedroom, six-and-a-half bathroom home in Beverly Hills for $7.5 million after putting the home on the market for $12.75 million in 2017.
Dorit and PK’s current home boasts approximately 8,900 square feet of living space, a stunning kitchen with two oversized islands and stainless appliances, floor to ceiling glass doors, and a master suite with a fireplace and private balcony.
The home also features a resort-like backyard with a pool, a cabana with a full kitchen, a half basketball court, and a putting green.
