We bring you another update of one of your favorite couples from the 90 Day Fiancé.
Brett Otto and Daya De Arce, who were featured on season two of the TLC hit show, got married February, 2015 after meeting through an online international dating site. Daya, a native of the Philippines, relocated to be with Brett in Washington.
It hasn’t always been peaches and cream for this couple as Brett’s mother wasn’t very supportive of their union as seen on the show. They even had a falling out which led to Brett’s mother refusing to attend their wedding at the last minute.
So are they still married? Yes! Brett and Daya are still very much married. In fact there is good news to share as the couple welcomed a daughter, Isabella, in 2017. Isabella is Daya’s first child and Brett’s second child as he has a 9-year-old from a previous relationship.
The lovebirds seem to have created a well blended family for their two girls, Cassidy and Isabella. Although it seems Cassidy lives with her mother, she visits her dad often. Daya’s social media account is private so perhaps she is trying to stay out of the spotlight.
Brett also has a podcast the “K1 Experience” focuses on his life with wife and provides updates on his family. He also has invited a few of the 90 day fiancé alums to the show. The goal of the podcast is to show different experiences on what it’s like getting married to someone from another country and delves deeper into their personal life.

The couple has however experienced some hardships in their marriage following their wedding, they had some difficulty getting pregnant as shared by Brett on his Podcast. Additionally, their daughter Isabella has battled some medical issues.
During a recent podcast by Brett, he shared some updates on their daughter’s health condition. He revealed little Isabella underwent heart surgery, but she is doing well and will continue to have heart checkups according to his blog. They are very hopeful she will continue to do well and we certainly hope so too! Below is an excerpt from Brett’s blog –
…As of our last visit to Seattle Children’s Hospital we are very pleased to announce that for the first time since her last heart operation her condition is improving! This is encouraging however, we are not out of the woods yet. Izzy’s doctor is being very careful by cautioning us that just because we are seeing an improvement, it doesn’t necessarily mean it will continue as much as we need it to which is why she will continue her monthly echogram with her cardiologist until doctors are certain that she will be okay for a while. One thing’s for sure is that even if all goes well, Isabella will always have yearly checkups on her heart. Neither Daya nor I have any known family history of heart conditions so it could just be one of life’s many surprises. Despite the fact that there are still so many unknowns yet, we are taking the moment to celebrate and thank God for the current improvements. Just looking at that precious angel you couldn’t even tell there was anything wrong with her.
