Southern Charm star Kathryn Dennis has once again come under fire for allegedly having more cosmetic procedures done to enhance her looks. This time, fans are claiming the star has had a Brazilian butt lift.
After posting photos to her Instagram prior to hitting the Charleston, South Carolina, scene, Kathryn can be seen clearly showing off her bottom assets.

The caption reads, “Popped my hip out of place for this one with Gemma.”
Fans have been extremely critical recently of Kathryn’s ever-changing looks, including dying her signature red locks blonde only to go red again a year later. In the photos, fans said she looked unrecognizable and needed to stop having work done on her nose and filler in her lips.
This new photo doesn’t seem to be making any of the naysayers ease off.
One fan chimed in, “Hope your hip is ok from that surgery.”
While another wrote, “Are you sure you didn’t add a little something to that butt?”
A third said, “Leave the fillers and Botox alone.”
In Kathryn’s defense, she did post another side shot showcasing her curve-hugging black dress complete with cutouts, and it doesn’t look like her bottom looked anything but normal. Angles and photoshop are everything these days, right? Or a “hip pop out?” Sounds painful.
But hey, I’m no plastic surgeon.
