Jo Wenberg addressed how Kristen Doute “killed” their friendship and “moved on” to the next “shiny object.” The Vanderpump Rules alum also clapped back at ex Tom Schwartz after he shared he’s still “block[ing]” her.
In the last season of Pump Rules, Jo was friends with Kristen and Tom. But she later revealed that Tom was hiding their romance from the public, as his ex-wife Katie Maloney repeatedly called her “weird.” Recently, Tom shared that he’s dating a younger woman, and he hinted that he blocked Jo for “private reasons.”
In an October 14 Instagram video posted to her Stories, Jo clapped back.
In a caption over the video, Jo wrote cryptically, “Look – any girlfriend wants to be there for her man!!! So I’m sick of this. I know EVERYTHING. I think he doesn’t want me to spill secrets.”
“So irritating,” said Jo. “At the end of the day, I was there helping Tom for his family. I was helping him reconnect with his father. I was picking up the phone calls for him to connect with his mother and then also making sure that his sister could get a hold of them because he wouldn’t pick up her phone calls.”
“So it’s very bizarre to me that I’m the one that’s getting blamed for some type of family situation. I don’t know what’s going on there, but I will tell you this: like I was in the middle of everything. I know all [his] lies. I know everything,” she continued. “I mean, look at the pattern … Schwartzy is consistently a liar.”
Jo then shared that fans continue to attack her on social media.
“He lied to Katie multiple times. I’m not promoting that. I’m just saying, like, I’m sick of the DMs [from] you guys,” she said. “I did nothing wrong to this man … If anything, I was helpful for him. I was helpful literally for even Tom Sandoval, and also I was there for basically everybody. And I don’t understand why I’m consistently being [called] a weirdo.”
Jo recalled that, while they were dating, she started to realize that he liked to date “younger women.” She then addressed her beef with Kristen.
“It’s very intriguing to me [that] the two people that I was closest to … Tom Schwartz, and, of course, you know, Kristen Doute … move[d] on to the next shiny object,” she said. “I was best friends with Kristen Doute for years. To this day, it still breaks my heart. But I don’t think that she understands … what friendship really does mean. It means let’s have a phone call. Let’s talk about it. [She] just killed it. She was like, ‘Don’t care. Move on to the next shiny object.’ Same thing with Tom Schwartz.”
Jo shared that she’s now in a “really nice” relationship.
