Don’t Be Tardy‘s Kim Zolciak is reportedly in her first serious relationship since her divorce from Kroy Biermann. The man is allegedly Kyle Mowitz, whose wife, Jillian Green, recently subpoenaed Kim amid their own divorce. Around the same time, Jillian shared in a deposition that Kroy reached out to warn her about Kim.
According to a new report, Jillian, who’s in the middle of a $100 million divorce from Kyle, subpoenaed Kim, requesting that she give a deposition and provide her communications with Kyle, among other things.
Insiders told TMZ that Kim and Kyle are happily in a serious relationship — her first since Kroy. They reportedly started dating in either April or May of this year, and they’re together often. Kim, however, still lives in her own residence.
The sources shared that they started dating after both had filed for their respective divorces, and there was no overlap. As for Kim, she waited around 20 months after the filing to begin dating again.
In a deposition, Jillian testified that she kissed a man amid a trip to Vegas in May 2024. She also reportedly testified that Kim was not involved in the demise of their marriage.
Kim said she was subpoenaed last month at her child’s school, months after asking for a confidentiality agreement from Jillian’s team in order to protect her family from the possible media onslaught.
Kim filed to get the subpoena dismissed, as her attorneys called it “unreasonable” and “oppressive.”
Meanwhile, TMZ also reported that Kroy himself reached out to Jillian in a phone call to warn her that Kim would “drain money from Kyle,” and she had already used Kyle’s credit card to pay for Instacart groceries, according to Jillian’s deposition.
Jillian shared that Kroy shaded Kim’s mental state, claiming she has a gambling problem and is a narcissist who’s never around the kids. Jillian alleged that she and Kroy once met up at the house of her cousin, as she didn’t want to garner too much attention, given that he’s a public figure.
Jillian alleged that Kroy told her that he once sat outside Kyle’s home, but Jillian wasn’t in fear for Kyle’s safety. She also shared that she and Kroy were never romantically involved, and they hadn’t spoken in months before the deposition.
