Miranda Hope revealed more details behind Taylor Frankie Paul’s drama with the person who allegedly slept with her “baby daddy.” Miranda shared that certain info was “kept from me,” and she revealed why she “waited to tell Taylor.”
Earlier this week, Taylor wrote a series of cryptic and now-deleted posts calling out an unnamed woman who allegedly slept with one of Taylor’s “baby dadd[ies].” Taylor claimed the “snake” was trying to be Taylor’s friend, and she was “crying to me” about getting “dumped by a married man.” Taylor also suggested that she’ll dump any friends who choose to associate with her.
Some have speculated that Taylor was referring to her ex-boyfriend, Dakota Mortensen, the father of her youngest child, but Taylor’s older children are fathered by her ex-husband, Tate Paul. As of now, the details are unclear. Though Taylor stars on Hulu’s The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, she’s set to be the lead on the upcoming season of The Bachelorette.
Amid the chaos, fan account @stephwithdadeets questioned if Miranda or Layla Taylor might have known what was going on, since they were close with the unnamed woman.
“I found out about a week ago,” responded Miranda in the comments on TikTok, via @themormonwivesreport on Instagram. “[I] waited to tell taylor because i knew she’d consider not leaving to film for bach and i’ll be damned if that man ruins another [opportunity] for her. it wasn’t in efforts to protect my friend. i do not condone her actions which is why it was initially kept from me.”
According to the fan account, Taylor has stated that she thinks Miranda is telling the truth.
On October 14, Taylor first addressed the situation on Instagram — before later deleting the posts.
“Just found out the snake in the middle is sleeping with my baby daddy,” she wrote over a video, via The Sun. “Meanwhile crying to me because she just got dumped by a married man … These desperate girls will do desperate things.”
In another post, she wrote, “Anyone praying for my downfall please just stay the f**k away from me AND anyone associated with these people moving forward. Also stay tf away from me. Want to be friends with desperate snakes, you’ll be no friend of mine.”
