Real Housewives of Atlanta alum Kim Zolciak is still in the process of finalizing her divorce from Kroy Biermann. However, it seems she has moved on with her romantic life and is now dating Kyle Mowitz. Recently, she was spotted out in public with the tycoon.
Kyle filed for divorce from his wife, Jillian Green, in March 2025. As of September, Kim has been asked to submit documents to the court that pertain to the financial relationship she has with Kyle. They have reportedly been dating since the spring.
According to Page Six, Kim was seen outside Kyle’s Georgia home on the morning of October 18. The early time and state of dress for both Kyle and Kim raise speculation that she slept over at his house. In the photos, she’s wearing a black crop top shirt, a pair of black sweatpants, and a simple pair of shoes. She also had her hair styled in a messy ponytail.
Kyle can be seen in a gray T-shirt, a pair of navy blue shorts, a trucker hat, and no shoes. He appeared to be helping the former Real Housewives of Atlanta star pack up her vehicle.
This comes after Kim told Andy Cohen during her August Watch What Happens Live appearance that she was dating. “He’s just great,” she gushed to Andy during the episode, per Bravo. “You know, I sat in that house and just worked and tried to take care of everything for 20 months, and I finally met somebody great.”
US Weekly reported on October 14 that Kim has been subpoenaed as part of Kyle’s divorce case. The subpoena required her to submit “any and all documents regarding or pertaining to [her] financial relationship with Kyle Mowitz, including but not limited to gifts given or received from Kyle, expenses paid on [her] behalf by Mr. Mowitz or any business in which he is connected, monies loaned to [her] and monies paid to [her] by Mr. Mowitz or any businesses with which he is connected.”
