Season three of The Valley is currently in production, and both Jesse Lally and Michelle Saniei are set to return. Now, ahead of the conclusion of filming for the new season, their divorce has been finalized.
Jesse and Michelle walked down the aisle in October 2018 after getting engaged in November of the previous year. They then had a daughter in 2020. Sadly, the couple announced their divorce in March 2024. Their date of separation was listed as October 2023.
According to US Weekly, Jesse filed documents on October 22 stating that the divorce agreement had been executed by both parties.
“The parties have entered into a written agreement regarding their property and their marriage or domestic partnership rights, including support, the original of which is being or has been submitted to the court. I request that the court approve the agreement,” read the documents.
The agreement includes child support payments for their daughter. However, the amount of the payments is currently unknown. The deal also states that both Jesse and Michelle agreed not to request spousal support.
Jesse spoke to the outlet, saying, “Michelle and I have taken the last step towards finalizing our divorce. We’re moving forward with mutual respect for each other and focusing on making memories with Isabella.”
Michelle also released a statement. “I’m grateful we reached an agreement, and we can both start a new chapter in our lives. Our number one priority has always been Isabella, and we’ll continue to coparent to be the best parents for her,” she said. As of initial reporting, the agreement between Michelle and Jesse had not been signed by a judge.
Currently, Jesse is in a relationship with philanthropist and mental health advocate Lacy Nicole. They are both expected to appear on The Valley season three. Michelle began dating financial advisor Aaron Nosler in early 2024. They then broke up in July 2025.
