Don’t Be Tardy‘s Kim Zolciak revealed the ‘final straw’ in her marriage to Kroy Biermann, as her daughter, Ariana Biermann, reacted. Ariana then hinted at her post-split dynamic with Hudson McLeroy as they continue to film Next Gen NYC, and she clapped back at Kim’s claim that Ariana didn’t add her to Life360, a location-sharing app.
For several years now, Kim has been in a contentious divorce with Kroy, who recently wrote a cryptic post about “abuse” and “gaslighting.” Earlier this year, Ariana announced her own split from Hudson.
Speaking with ET, Kim hinted at where she stands with Kroy.
“Co-parenting would make [our children’s] lives so much happier, and I just keep continuing to pray for that to be that way,” she said.
“Why can’t it get to that place?” asked reporter Brice Sander.
“When I said I was filing for divorce, he said, ‘I’m gonna publicly destroy you.’ And he told both my daughters that as well, and that’s been his goal, and that’s all he cares about. It hasn’t worked yet,” she answered.
Brice then asked what was Kim’s “final straw” in the marriage.
“He cheated,” said Kim.
“Holy s**t,” said her daughter Ariana, standing beside her.
Kim was also asked about her boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, still being legally married.
“I’m sorry. I’m legally married, and so is he. So he’s been going through a divorce for years as well. So, I don’t know. I guess I’m supposed to wait until I’m legally divorced, which I don’t think Kroy will ever give me a divorce,” said Kim.
Later on, Brice asked Ariana about her own dynamic with her ex, Hudson, as they filmed together.
“I think that I wanted this to be a very amicable breakup,” she said. “I will always have so much love for him in my heart, and he’s a good person. And so I think that filming the show together still, we don’t have a whole lot of things together, but when we do, it’s still very amicable. We’re not in a bad place.”
“They’re friends,” said Kim.
“[We’ve known each other since we were] 14, so you know, we’ve grown up together, and at the end of the day, I will always love him and his family,” Ariana added. “And so I think that it’s great that we still get to do this together and make money.”
During a BravoCon panel, Kim addressed Ariana’s move to NYC.
“I was a little bit concerned about her moving there and being by herself, of course. I’m still a little nervous. I’m always tracking her. Actually, you have not added me to Life360,” said Kim to Ariana.
“That’s not true,” said Ariana, via @bravotv on Instagram. “Because me and Brielle get notifications every day.”
“Okay, well anyhow,” Kim went on. “She’s smart. She’s fun. She’s … very well-rounded [and] can handle pretty much anything.”
