BravoCon 2025 is now in the rearview mirror, and the weekend-long convention delivered new show trailers, the squashing of beef, and much more. One of the key takeaways from the event centered on the potential romance between Southern Charm star Venita Aspen and Summer House fan-favorite Carl Radke. Plus, he also detailed the support he received from his ex, Lindsay Hubbard.
While on a panel at BravoCon 2025, Venita, 32, admitted that she and Carl, 40, had hung out. She was then asked if she was open to going on another date with him. This came after the two Bravo stars had been previously linked.
“I am,” Venita responded. The crowd then cheered over the idea of Venita and Carl potentially becoming an item.
Carl then discussed their history with each other on a different panel. “She’s beautiful, she’s really cool. We’ve known each other kinda through Ciara. Venita’s actually been at the summer house, like several parties, several seasons ago,” he said.
“But no, Venita and I got to know each other just a little bit more yesterday. So, we’ll see,” he continued.
In other Summer House news, Carl also discussed his Soft Bar and the support he has received from his friends, family, and co-stars.
According to him, “It was awesome to get it open. More importantly, like everybody on this stage was there at the opening day, and I was like, it’s amazing to see my friends, my family, my mom was there. Everybody on this stage has been supportive — for them to show up, it was a vibe.”
He was then asked who he was most surprised to receive support from for his business. Someone else on the panel interjected, saying, “Lindsay Hubbard.” Carl responded, “I mean, Lindsay showing up was incredible.”
Lindsay then said, “Okay, you guys, I always told Carl, like, part of our relationship issues was that I was like, ‘Stop talking about doing something and actually do it.’ And I always told you, if you actually do it, I will come and I will support you, and you actually did it, and I actually came.”
Season 11 of Southern Charm premieres on November 19, and Summer House returns in 2026.
