Lala Kent hinted at her “nightmare” co-parenting relationship with ex Randall Emmett, and addressed her full-time casting on The Valley. Meanwhile, the Vanderpump Rules alum refused to discuss Scheana Shay amid their recent feud.
Speaking to Virtual Reali-Tea, Lala addressed her co-parenting relationship with Randall.
“It’s always a nightmare. Every time I look at Sosa, I’m like, ‘Best decision I ever made, girl,'” she said, referring to her second child, who was conceived through intrauterine insemination (IUI). “I’m kind of numb to [the nightmare] at this point. So we still communicate through an app. We still are parallel parenting. There are times where it’s good, but I don’t hang on to those because they go by [fast].”
During a BravoCon panel, Lala hinted at filming the new season of The Valley.
“I came on to Vanderpump Rules season four, and they were like a very well-oiled machine,” she said, via Bravo TV. “Joining this show, I was the well-oiled machine. And I had a wonderful time, I will say. But it was just, it was different.”
In an interview for Us Weekly, Lala addressed her feelings about coming back to television.
“There was a lot of hesitation,” she said. “I was extremely hesitant after coming off of season 11 [of Vanderpump Rules].”
“I don’t care about hate,” she went on. “But that was a different level and it taught me a lot. So when the offer came to be it was like, ‘I don’t know if I want to do this.’ But then at the end of the day I love doing this. So it was kind of a no brainer. Once I sunk into it, I had a blast.”
Lala hinted she brought a “different version” of drama.
“I’m coming into a cast where I am friends with most people, but I didn’t watch season 1 or 2,” she said. “I wanted to go in with a fresh perspective and make my own judgments. And then what I saw and what I would hear if I didn’t like it, then, yes.”
According to Lala, “everyone” felt nervous to potentially get her wrath.
“Well, besides Michelle [Saniei], because we’re friends and Janet [Caperna],” she explained. “But I mean, Brittany [Cartwright] knows me. She’s filmed with me before. Same with Kristen Doute.”
Lala said she’s “so happy” to be getting along with Kristen after their feud. “I’m excited for you guys to see friendships that become revived,” she said. “It’s fun. Gosh, I don’t want to spill too much.”
But Lala was then asked if she predicted that her friendship with Scheana would turn in such a way.
“I have nothing to say about her,” Lala answered.
