Real Housewives of Orange County star Gina Kirschenheiter’s life with her boyfriend, Travis Mullen, is what many would call complicated. This is because of his toxic co-parenting dynamic with his ex, Meghan Mullen. Now, Travis is denying in court documents that he chased her down with Gina’s vehicle.

Travis, 40, and Meghan got married in 2010, and they called it quits in 2016. They have three kids together. Gina, 41, began dating Travis in August 2019, shortly after her divorce was finalized. There have been multiple allegations between Travis and Meghan, and the latest involves not only the vehicle but also him allegedly tampering with her email.

Now, US Weekly has obtained court documents showing Travis’s denial of some of Meghan’s allegations. One of the allegations found her accusing Travis of requesting that they meet for a custody exchange at a “dark, secluded industrial complex instead of our normal location.”

She said of the meeting, “While trying to leave with … Travis began chasing us in Gina’s SUV, cutting me off, and slamming on the brakes in front of our car. [One of the kids] flew forward inside the vehicle and was terrified.” She also said that the child she was with has had no interest in seeing Travis since the alleged incident.

In response, Travis said, “[Meghan] references [in her filing] an exchange that occurred in February 2024, where she alleges that I chased her and [one of the kids] and that since that time [the kid] has refused to go to school or see me.” He then stated that the meeting location wasn’t a “dark, secluded industrial complex.”

According to Travis, “It was a restaurant parking lot next door to a police sub-station. Second, I never attempted to run her vehicle off the road. I would never do anything like that.”

He added, “I ultimately had [our kid] that evening and [they] did not appear upset, frightened, or anxious. When [our kid] is in my care, [they] and I have a very good relationship. [They] willingly attend school and [have] never indicated that [they are] afraid of me or my girlfriend, Gina.”

Regarding Travis allegedly tampering with Meghan’s email, she wrote, “In addition to litigation abuse, he has also accessed and tampered with my private accounts—including my Apple ID, Talking Parents, and email — by exploiting his knowledge of my personal information, including my Social Security number, date of birth, and answers to security questions.”

“On multiple occasions, I have been locked out of critical platforms used for parenting coordination,” Meghan went on.

In response, Travis said, “I have never attempted to tamper with [Meghan’s] private accounts. I have no idea why she would accuse me of that.”

Travis filed a request for full custody of their three children, Joseph, Bennett, and Presley, on October 29. They currently have joint custody over the kids, but Travis said at the time of filing that he hadn’t seen them since September 29. It’s also important to note that on October 30, a judge suspended Travis’s custody time with one of the children, who allegedly didn’t want to see him.

Meghan opposed the request, saying, “Travis continues to misuse the court process to get his way. …His filings appear intended to punish and control me, not to protect the children. Travis is using the family court system as a tool of coercive control and retaliation.”

A custody hearing is scheduled for December.
