Demi Engemann hinted at what was edited out of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and clapped back at Lisa Vanderpump’s claim about the Marciano Brunette footage. Demi also addressed the “Fruity Pebbles” controversy, as husband, Bret Engemann, shared where they stand.

Last month, Lisa expressed that she reviewed all the footage of Demi and Marciano on Vanderpump Villa – and suggested that Demi isn’t telling the truth about Marciano sexually assaulting her.

Around the same time, Jessi Ngatikaura (who had an emotional affair with Marciano), shared that Bret drank Demi’s urine (aka “Fruity Pebbles”), and claimed Demi lied about her own alleged flirtations with Marciano. Demi and Jessi argued over the Marciano allegations during the season and at the reunion.

In a social media comment, Demi addressed an onscreen conversation with Jessi – and hinted at what was allegedly removed.

“I’d also like to mention how nervous [Jessi’s] energy was the entire convo… like uncomfortable!!” Demi exclaimed, via @themormonwivesreport on Instagram. “She was fidgeting with her necklaces the whole time, SH**TING her pants, and I was cool as a cucumber.”

“One of us was being forthright in that convo, and that one of us was not Jessi, I can promise you that,” she continued. “I clocked it and called it out in interviews, but heaven forbid they show that, planting any doubt about the person who actually CHOSE to have a consensual affair 🙄 this whole thing is truly disgusting.”

In an interview with ET, Demi addressed Lisa’s claims.

“Unequivocally, what I’ve said happened. I was sexually assaulted and inappropriately touched without my consent,” said Demi, via @stephwithdadeets on Instagram. “There is footage in the hallway that this happened.”

But the interviewer mentioned that Lisa and the network executives reviewed the footage and said “nothing happened.”

“That’s not true,” said Demi. “I sent a demand letter for the footage to prove my innocence, and I got a response saying that they did not have access to the footage and that they could not share that with me.”

At one point, she commented on Jessi exposing the “Fruity Pebbles” controversy.

“It’s an awkward topic, I’m not gonna lie,” Demi said. “I had to go to Thanksgiving the next day. It was not ideal.”

As for why she thinks Jessi is upset with her, Demi hinted, “There are things that people have seen on camera, there’s things that people haven’t seen. And I’m kind of at peace with it, whereas I do feel like Jessi does take a lot of time out of her life to make it a point to dislike me.”

But could they ever make amends?

“On my end, a hundred percent,” Demi answered. “If Whitney and Mikayla can become friends again, there’s hope for Demi and Jessi.”

Later in the interview, Bret joined her and shared where they stand.

“She’s my best friend. That’s why it’s just so hard for me to watch her go through what she’s gone through, is because I see how kind she is,” said Bret. “I’ve fallen more deeply in love with her through this process. As hard as it’s been, and as gut-wrenching, and as unfair as it has been, my level of just respect and admiration has only increased watching her navigate these things the way that she has.”

Demi agreed that their bond is unbreakable.
