Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jessi Ngatikaura shared photos of her face after her recent plastic surgery, explained that she’s “still very swollen” and revealed why she did it.

In the latest season of the show, Jessi bravely discussed her emotional affair with her husband, Jordan Ngatikaura, and her costars. Some castmates stood by her side, though Demi Engemann – her former close friend – insinuated that the relationship was physical.

On a recent Instagram post, Jessi shared a holiday photo with her family after the surgery.

“[My] face is still very swollen,” she wrote over the image, via The U.S. Sun. “Pls don’t judge lol.”

A different photo captured her profile.

“Also in case you couldn’t tell I definitely had to FaceTune that photo 😂,” Jessi wrote over the second pic. “Still so swollen and bruised, so I’ll show results when they’ve settled! Christmas photos brought to you by AI 😂.”

Before the procedure, a photo captured a physician marking areas of her face.

Last week, Jessi addressed her choice to get surgery. “It was time for a fresh start,” she said at the time. “I believe in doing what makes you happy and authentic.”

Some fans praised Jessi’s decision, while others claimed she’s too young for the procedure.

Back in November, Jessi slammed her costar Demi.

“Demi can say all she wants about [me being a] fame wh**e. Maybe you’re right, Demi, but what you are is much worse. What you are is a liar, you’re a bad person, you’re a bully. All of these things that you’re doing now by commenting and spiraling and crashing out are showing who you really are,” she said at the time on social media. “Demi has been this person since day one.”

“I’m sorry, I’m just gonna say it. She was not sexually assaulted,” said Jessi, referring to Demi’s allegations against Marciano Brunette. “There is so much proof that I have heard about, other people have heard about, and her story keeps changing, and I’m f**king done with giving her a platform to act like a victim when there are actual real victims out there.”
