Heather Gay accused Meredith Marks of “lying” about a story that Heather made fun of Bronwyn Newport for kissing a woman. The star also addressed Jen Shah’s prison release, accusations that Heather is a shadow “producer,” and whether Britani Bateman deserves a full-time snowflake.

On Two Ts in a Pod, Meredith recently suggested that Bronwyn told her that Heather made fun of Bronwyn for sharing on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City that she kissed a woman. In the finale, Bronwyn claimed that Meredith, in that same conversation, tried to pump her for information about what castmates were saying about her.

Speaking to The New York Post, Heather denied Meredith’s recent story.

“I never would make fun of Bronwyn for kissing a girl,” said Heather as she promoted her Atkins partnership. “I’m a huge advocate and ally to the gay community. But also, Bronwyn was laughing and joking with Mary [Cosby] and Meredith and then skipping up to Meredith’s room, and we saw the exchange of texts.”

“[Also] she was rooming with Angie [Katsanevas] and never once mentioned heartbreak over kissing a girl to Angie,” she added. “And so I think that was a lie that Meredith told as a deflection for why she really called Bronwyn into a room, which was to pump her for information.”

Heather insisted that Meredith isn’t telling the truth.

“You got caught. Housewife tradecraft 101. Bronwyn sold you out. You thought she would keep your secrets — she didn’t,” said Heather. “Don’t try to touch me with the stain that you got caught in. And I would never make fun of anyone for kissing a girl. And if Bronwyn was upset she would’ve told me to my face. She wouldn’t have confided in Meredith.”

Heather claimed this “didn’t come up once” at the reunion.

“Meredith is making that up. That’s an armchair quarterback move,” she said. “She got nailed at the reunion, so now she’s doing press coming up with lies. Good luck.”

But Heather thinks there’s still a place for Meredith on RHOSLC.

“Fighting has never determined our future on this group. The more fighting, the better,” she said. “So probably more than ever.”

Heather later addressed Jen Shah amid speculation that she could possibly return to the show.

“I think she’s on house arrest. I heard she can’t leave her house,” said Heather. “That’s what the newspaper said. She’s ankle monitored up. She can’t leave. So we’re not gonna run into her at the grocery store.”

In an interview for TVLine, Heather spoke to claims that she’s a shadow producer.

“[I’m] completely flattered by the producer stuff,” she said. “I’m going to do a bit with anything … I don’t know if that’s producing or just [being] a theater camp kid — that’s who I am to my core.”

Later on, Heather declared that Britani (who’s now a ‘friend of’) “100 percent” deserves a full-time snowflake.

“Britani has [shed] blood, sweat, and tears for us,” she stated. “She’s given us Jared Osmond and a talking unicorn. She created the most drama of the entire season. If there was a fight or a tagline, it was based on Britani.”
