Reza Farahan shared why he still thinks Kyle Richards is the “most overrated Housewife,” and he reacted to her claim that he threw her “under the bus.” The Valley: Persian Style star also shared where Tanin Nikpey and Sky Askari stand today (after their onscreen feud).

At BravoCon 2025, Reza called Kyle “the most overrated Housewife of all time” in front of her close friend Erika Jayne. Some fans have criticized Kyle for allegedly hiding her past relationship with country singer Morgan Wade, while other castmates are expected to share more of their personal lives.

Speaking to Decider, Reza said he still believes Kyle is Bravo’s “most overrated” star.

“It’s how I feel,” he stated. “I feel like on every other franchise, on every other Bravo show, if you’re in a relationship, you have to talk about your relationship. And she gets to skate.”

“It’s not that I have an issue with Kyle. I think she’s a great person,” he continued. “But it’s my honest opinion that she is very overrated, that if it were anyone else, they would have to be talking about their lesbian lover or alleged lover or whatever was going on. You’re getting tattoos, you’re doing a music video, you’re buying a house in Tennessee. What is the tea? Let us know.”

Reza claimed he still said hello to Kyle at the conference. Though she later accused him of “throwing her under the bus” after being “nice” in person, he said this isn’t the case.

“It’s just my honest, humble opinion,” Reza explained. “I think she’s an amazing person. I love Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, but if you take all the Housewives, I think that a lot of them are much more open and honest about what’s going on in their lives than she is.”

In an interview for Virtual Reali-Tea, Reza shared where Tanin and Sky, the former best friends, stand today.

“I know we’re not supposed to talk about things that don’t get shown, but I feel like you have to understand we film for a extended period of time and only [a certain amount] makes it on to the show,” said Reza. “And I would say based off of my [entire] conversation with Tanin — [viewers] only saw [a small part] of it … I don’t think the relationship [will repair]. Sky is not supportive. … And I don’t think Tanin got that [support] when she presented her oil to Sky.”

“My advice to Tanin would be proceed cautiously,” he said. “My advice to Sky would be … humble yourself, apologize in a real genuine way and try and fix things. Because you are not gonna find a best friend as amazing as Tanin ever again.”
