As Mary Cosby’s co-stars reacted to the tragic loss of her son, Robert Cosby Jr., dispatch audio revealed that the 23-year-old was given Narcan before police arrived on February 23.

Mary, a fan favorite on Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, has been open about her son’s battle with substances, and in a past season, she and Robert had a heartfelt conversation about his struggles. In September, Robert was arrested for assault. Months later, his then-wife filed for divorce.

According to dispatch audio obtained by TMZ and first reported by Page Six, Robert Jr. was given Narcan, an opioid overdose countermeasure, before officers arrived.

The dispatcher said Robert was not conscious or breathing. At the time, the police had already been called, and three units were on their way. The outlet reported that there was nothing officers could do once they reached him. Emergency medical services were called about someone having a “full arrest/medical emergency,” and they pronounced him dead at the scene.

After learning of the tragic news, Mary’s castmates expressed their love and support on Instagram.

“There are no words big enough,” wrote Heather Gay, via @queensofbravo on Instagram. “We love you Mary.”

“Sending you all my love Mary,” said Whitney Rose. “So sorry for your loss.”

“I’m so saddened and sorry,” expressed Britani Bateman. “Sending love and prayers.”

Lisa Barlow shared six heart emojis.

Dozens of other Bravo stars, outside of The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, also shared their support.

“Mary, I am so very sorry for your unimaginable loss. I’m holding you in my thoughts and prayers,” said Kyle Richards. “We are here for you and sending so much love.”

“I am so sorry for the loss of your beautiful son,” wrote Alexia Nepola. “My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.”
