Chase McWhorter’s sister, Aysia, said she heard that Secret Lives of Mormon Wives star Jordan Ngatikaura is going to “jail,” as Jordan and Chase reacted.
Last week, Jordan revealed that he filed for divorce from his wife, Jessi Ngatikaura. The news wasn’t shocking to some fans, given that Jessi has been open about their marriage issues. Last season, she shared that they separated after her ‘emotional affair’ with Marciano Brunette was made public.
In a social media video, Aysia claimed she heard that Jordan is “gonna go to jail.”
“Someone get this man away, locked behind doors, cause I don’t want to see him on my screen,” said Aysia, via @themormonwivesreport on Instagram. “When I’m in Utah, I don’t want to see him. … I’m really happy about that.”
After Aysia’s video, fan account @jordycray revealed Jordan’s alleged DMs.
The account reached out to Jordan in a message, saying, “Forgive me for being crass, but Aysia is saying you’re going to jail. What is going on?”
Jordan allegedly responded, “No idea – I have no idea what she’s talking about.”

The fan account also shared that there doesn’t appear to be any open warrants against Jordan in Utah.
Around the same time, Chase posted an Instagram video reacting to his sister’s claim.
“Aysia apparently knows something that none of us know,” said Chase, seemingly joking. He then called his sister on the phone, telling her, “Hey, since you’re reporting live … where did you see that? That he’s going [to jail]? I don’t think he’s going to jail.”
Though the audio is unclear, Aysia seemingly responded that she saw a video on social media about it, which she thought was “really good news” because she “hate[s] him.”
Last week, Jordan addressed his divorce in a statement to PEOPLE.
“[Filing for divorce] has not been an easy decision and it comes with a heavy heart,” he said at the time. “I’m grateful for the shared memories and the lessons. … While our paths are now moving in different directions, my priority remains my children and ensuring they feel loved, supported, and protected through this transition. I am committed to handling this next chapter with kindness and respect.”
