Real Housewives of Beverly Hills husband Mauricio Umansky was spotted with a star of Love Island USA amid family drama erupting.
Mauricio, 55, was seen with Destiny Herzog, 24, a star of season six of Love Island USA, leaving the Sunset Towers Hotel on April 3.
Destiny and Mauricio were seen laughing and smiling as they drove away from the hotel, which features Tower Bar & Restaurant, a well-known spot celebrities frequent.

Hanging with Destiny seemingly gave Mauricio some reprieve from some major family drama he’s currently going through.
According to TMZ, who obtained court documents, Mauricio’s family filed a lawsuit against his father’s girlfriend, Simin Tabibnia, as Mauricio’s sister accused Simin of financial elder abuse of their father, Eduardo. The court docs noted that Eduardo had been in cognitive decline since 2021 and accused Simin of spending $401,000 on gifts for herself, a facelift, and personal items.
More specifically, Sharon shared via the lawsuit that Eduardo was bouncing checks in late 2024, and she stated his retirement account balance went from $1.2 million to $610,000 over a short time period.
Their family also accused Simin of spending more than $150,000 of Eduardo’s money in 2023 alone.
They requested that Simin pay back the money of Eduardo’s that she had spent.
Simin fired off a response, denying claims she “took, hid, appropriated, obtained or retained property for wrongful use or that she acted with intent to defraud.”
“The alleged transfers occurred during an 18-year intimate romantic relationship between Simin and [Eduardo],” the response read. “The payments were voluntarily made by [Eduardo].”
The response continued by saying, “They were not secret, concealed, or misappropriated. The checks were written by [Eduardo] and delivered to [Simin], who accepted them as a gift.”
Simin also denied exercising any “excessive persuasion” or overcoming Eduardo’s free will.
Last year, Eduardo obtained a restraining order against Simin. While she tried to get a protective order against him, her request was denied. The family’s battle with Simin remains ongoing at this time. Mauricio’s family drama comes as he is still dealing with his separation from RHOBH star Kyle Richards. The pair officially announced their separation in July 2023.
“Any claims regarding us divorcing are untrue,” they said via a joint statement. “However, yes, we have had a rough year, the most challenging one of our marriage. But we both love and respect each other tremendously. There has been no wrongdoing on anyone’s part.”
They then asked to “be able to work through” their issues privately, regardless of both of them being reality stars. “While it may be entertaining to speculate,” they added, “please do not create false stories to fit a further salacious narrative.”
While Kyle and Mauricio remain separated, they have yet to take the next step and move forward with divorcing one another.
