While Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Denise Richards and her ex Aaron Phypers continue to navigate their contentious divorce, a judge made a significant ruling in the case.
While Aaron has continued to push for financial support from Denise, a judge ruled that her TV paychecks will not be able to be seized by creditors Aaron owes money to.
According to TMZ, who obtained court documents, a judge specifically turned down a creditor’s attempt to get some of Denise’s TV money in order to pay off Aaron’s debt.
Creditors Adjustment Bureau, a debt collection company, sued Aaron in 2022 over an unpaid loan. Two years later, a judge ruled in their favor, determining Aaron owes $228,000 to them.
In his initial filing, Aaron requested spousal support, claiming Denise pulls in a $250,000 monthly salary while he has had no income after his business shuttered.
Aaron also requested the court award him property he claims is his, including his power tools, a motorcycle, and a Ford Shelby GT500.
A report from TMZ at the time stated that Denise’s salary came from her OnlyFans account, television shows, brand deals, and appearances.
They also stated she and Aaron were spending around $105,000 each month, including $30,000 on dining out and entertainment, $20,000 on clothing, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, and another $8,000 for utilities.
As the pair have navigated their bitter divorce, Denise accused Aaron of physical abuse. Specifically, she claimed Aaron gave her a black eye (which she shared photos of) as well as 3 concussions during a court hearing.
Aaron’s cousin ended up taking the stand and testified on Denise’s behalf, alleging he saw Aaron give Denise a black eye and threaten to kill her.
Due to her accusations, he was arrested on spousal abuse charges in October 2025.
At this time, Denise and Aaron’s divorce battle remains ongoing and, due to the tense nature of things, it shows no end in sight anytime soon.
