While Vanderpump Rules alums Ariana Madix and Tom Sandoval have been broken up since March 2023, one last thing tying them together was their house.

Although it seemed like it would never get sold, as there was a ton of drama regarding it, their house – which features six bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and sits on a lot larger than 7,800 square feet – has finally gone off the market.

According to TMZ, the property was bought off-market and is currently in escrow.

Ashley Fultz of DMF Realty had shared a photo of Tom and Ariana’s pad on April 11, revealing it was going to hit the market soon.

On Instagram, she revealed someone came forward and paid full price for the place off-market, which prevented the property from potentially going into a bidding war had it gone up for a public sale.

“All contingencies were removed and we’ll be closing this bittersweet chapter in a few weeks!” Ashley shared.

Tom and Ariana were together for roughly nine years before it was revealed he had an affair with their co-star Raquel Leviss, who was friends with Ariana. This led to one of the biggest scandals in reality TV history, Scandoval.

In January 2024, Ariana filed a lawsuit against Tom over their house.

Ariana insisted she wanted a “partition by sale,” meaning she wanted a judge to order the estranged couple to sell their home and divide the money from the sale.

She claimed she did not want a “division in kind,” which would give Tom and her the right to retain their ownership interest in their house and one of them could potentially sell that to a third party.

In January 2026, Tom and Ariana finally reached a settlement regarding their house.

Court documents indicated they reached a conditional settlement. While the terms of the settlement were not clear from the docs, they noted that unspecified terms had to be satisfied before the case could be dismissed.

Ariana and Tom had initially purchased their home for $2 million back in 2019. She officially moved out of the home in February, roughly three years after Scandoval.

After news of Scandoval broke, the OG Vanderpump Rules cast returned for one more season. Understandably, there was a lot of resentment and tension, and Bravo decided to replace the entire cast after that.
