Real Housewives of Atlanta star Drew Sidora has revealed she may become homeless unless a judge reverses an order for her to vacate her home by May 31.

She currently resides in a house she shares with her estranged husband, Ralph Pittman.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, Drew claimed she does not have “financial resources” to move elsewhere and has yet to pick out a new home. Both of these things, she admits, would make it hard for her to get out of her house by May 31.

She also claimed she and her eldest child would become “homeless” if the court didn’t reconsider their decision to force her to vacate her residence.

Drew also insisted Ralph’s income is three times what she makes. She alleged that he agreed to share joint custody of their children, but when in court, he changed his request to go for primary custody.

A judge has not yet made a decision regarding Drew’s request to reverse the ruling.

As Reality Blurb reported, Drew spoke out amid losing primary custody of her kids and being forced to vacate her house.

“Good morning … Some details regarding my divorce have recently become public, although the process is not yet finalized. During this time, Ralph and I are committed to co-parenting and doing what’s best for our children,” she shared on X on April 12. “While certain things are beyond my control, my focus remains on showing up every day as the best mother I can be. Living in the public eye comes with challenges, but I’m choosing to move forward with grace, growth, and intention.”

She added, “My children are my priority, and I’m committed to leading with love, peace, and positivity. There is no ill intent toward anyone just a continued focus on healing, evolving, and becoming the best version of myself.”

Court documents regarding Drew being forced to leave her home were initially obtained by TMZ. In them, a judge ruled that due to the “current financial circumstances of the parties,” expenses must continue to be split by Drew and Ralph until Drew vacates the premises.

They also noted that, while Ralph resides in the basement, he will be allowed to come upstairs to help the kids get ready for school.

A representative for Drew spoke out on the latest ruling, sharing, “This matter is still being actively litigated and is in the middle of the final trial.”

“The Second Temporary Order is, in fact, temporary, and does not reflect the final outcome of the case,” they elaborated.

When Ralph’s side was reached out to, they simply said they had “no comment.”
