Britani Bateman posed in cozy pics with a new guy after her breakup with Jared Osmond. Meanwhile, her daughter, Olivia Bateman, said she doesn’t “like” Jared as a “boyfriend for my mom,” and she declared that they’re “bad together.”
On the new season of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City, Britani revealed that she reconciled with Olivia after being estranged. In one scene, Olivia said she felt like Britani put men (including Jared) before her and her sister.
Later in the season, Britani and Jared had an argument in which he suggested that she was flirting with other men at a recent cast trip. Britani stormed off, and she cited his behavior as the reason she keeps breaking up with him.
On November 20, Britani posted a series of cozy Instagram pics with a man named Aaron Torriente. In one image, they put their wine glasses together as he looked into her eyes. As of now, it’s unclear if they’re more than friends.
On the I Do Part 2 podcast, Olivia was asked how she feels about Jared.
“I like him as a person … I don’t like him as a boyfriend for my mom,” she said. “I think he treats her poorly. Yeah, I think that they’re bad together.”
Olivia recalled telling her mom at one point, “If I give [you] a death glare, it means stop making out with your boyfriend.”
Later in the episode, which was recorded at BravoCon, Britani herself shared that she was “of course” interested in meeting certain male Bravolebs during the conference.
Earlier this month, Britani announced that she and Jared were over for good.
“We’re friends. That’s our official title, and the title is made by me,” said the star in an interview for Bravo TV. “I typed it out and printed it out, and labeled it, ‘Friends.’ We’re best friends… and I don’t want any more than that. And it will never be any more than that.”
Last season, Britani first addressed their on-off relationship.
“I feel like I’m on this hamster wheel of dating other people, breaking up, and getting back together,” she said. “It’s like, ‘Ugh, I’m a crazy person,’ but there’s just something about him. Mm, he’s yummy.”
