There have been numerous one-season wonders on various seasons of Real Housewives. One of the most talked about is Noella Bergener from The Real Housewives of Orange County. Now, new court documents show that, despite having no income, she spends a massive amount each month.
Noella appeared on RHOC as a guest during the show’s 14th season. She became a full-time cast member in 2021 for the 16th season. However, she announced her exit ahead of production on the show’s 17th season, saying she wasn’t invited back.
Recently, US Weekly obtained court documents that paint a picture of Noella’s lifestyle and financial status today. The documents state that her monthly expenses exceed $33,000. She listed her occupation as “mother.” She has two children.
The court documents also show that Noella hasn’t filed taxes since 2022, the last time she had income. This coincides with her departure from The Real Housewives of Orange County.
Her ex-husband, James Bergener, is a personal injury attorney, and the documents state that he earns $660,500 per month. She receives $25,000 per month in child support from James for their son and $7,400 per month from her previous husband for their daughter.
So, what bills does Noella have that add up to over $33,000? First, she spends $16,000 per month on rent. Some of her other expenses include $1,509 on health care costs, $1,500 for child care, $800 on dining out, $2,000 for utilities, and $350 for her cell phone.
That’s not all. The former Real Housewives of Orange County star spends $800 per month on laundry, $600 for clothing, $2,000 on education, $5,000 for entertainment and vacations, $500 on expenses related to her vehicles, and $800 on insurance.
Noella began dating James in 2015, and they married in 2020. However, things went south, and they separated in 2021. She then secretly married Bobby Schubenski in December 2024 after becoming engaged the year before, and they filed for divorce in August 2025.
