According to a rumor, Oppenheim Group real estate agent Carmella Garcia is joining the Real Housewives of Orange County for its landmark 20th season, as filming is underway.

The Oppenheim Group is a Los Angeles real estate brokerage, showcased on Netflix’s Selling Sunset. After the last season of RHOC, Katie Ginella and Gretchen Rossi were fired from the cast. Vicki Gunvalson, however, is finally returning after several years away.

“Real Estate agent Carmella Garcia is the rumored new cast member for Season 20 of The Real Housewives of Orange County,” wrote a fan account @therealhousewiveszone on Instagram. “Reports suggest she has joined the cast for the upcoming 20th season, with filming reportedly already underway.”

“She is a real estate professional currently working as a Broker Associate at The Oppenheim Group (famous for Selling Sunset),” the account added. “Before real estate, she was a WWE Diva and a Playboy model. Vicki Gunvalson has reportedly ‘confirmed’ her casting on social media, adding fuel to the speculation.”

As of now, the reports have not been confirmed by Bravo – and it’s unclear if she’s filming as a friend or a main castmate.

Back in January, Katie confirmed her exit from Real Housewives of Orange County.

“After two seasons as a cast member on RHOC, the network has decided to move forward with Season 20 without me. While disappointing, it’s not entirely surprising after seeing how Season 19 played out,” said Katie at the time on Instagram. “I’m incredibly grateful for the love and support I received — it was seen, felt, and deeply appreciated. Representation matters, and I’m proud to have shown up authentically, even when it wasn’t easy. This chapter may be closing, but my voice and my story don’t end there.”

At BravoCon 2025, Andy Cohen asked Vicki if she’d like to return to the show – and she immediately said yes.

“🚨BREAKING FROM #BRAVOCON 🚨 @BravoAndy has officially offered @VickiGunvalson her orange back for Season 20 of #RHOC. We’ve never been more ready to whoop it up!!! 🍊,” said Bravo’s Instagram account soon after.

The new season of The Real Housewives of Orange County is reportedly filming.
