Marciano Brunette revealed Scheana Shay’s alleged involvement in his lie about having sex with Jessi Draper. Vanderpump Rules‘ Stassi Schroeder then reacted, calling her former costar Scheana the “cause” of “so many f**king problems.”
Last season on Vanderpump Villa, the cast of Secret Lives of Mormon Wives met Marciano. At the time, he had several conversations with Demi Engemann, who later accused him of sexual assault. (He’s now suing her for defamation.) Marciano also met her costar Jessi, who later admitted that she had an emotional affair with him after the season. At first, Marciano claimed he and Jessi had sex, though he later said it was platonic.
On the new season of Hulu’s Vanderpump Villa, Stassi questioned Marciano about what went down with the SLOMW stars.
“We need to talk,” she told him, via @vanderpumprulesparty on Instagram. “The last that we spoke at the reunion and then at the reunion viewing party, you said you had sex with Jessi. Where do you stand on that now?”
“I didn’t,” said Marciano.
“I don’t believe you,” she clapped back. “Why would you lie about that?”
“I was influenced,” he answered. “I didn’t feel good about it.”
“I’m choosing to believe that you hooked up with Jessi over you set her up,” said Stassi. “So how were you influenced?”
“It was f**king Demi and Scheana,” he answered. (In the past, Demi has appeared on Scheana’s podcast.) “That’s how it started. Demi and I weren’t talking, and Scheana three-way called us. She just asked if I wanted to patch things up with Demi. … So then I started talking to Demi again, but with Scheana involved.”
Stassi responded, “So Scheana calls you and says, ‘Hey, I know that you’re mad at Jessi because she stopped talking to you.’ How would she know that?”
“I confided a lot in Scheana about everything that was going on,” he said.
“Scheana’s the cause of so many f**king problems,” said Stassi. “It always comes back to Scheana.”
Stassi then addressed Marciano’s interactions with Demi last season.
“I didn’t witness any of the Demi stuff, like with my eyes, but when I watched it back, I was like, holy f**k, this is an emotional thing,” said Stassi.
In a confessional, Marciano hinted that there are a “bunch of secrets” that are “gonna come out.”
In Stassi’s own confessional, she asked, “How the f**k did Scheana get in this? You get off a show like Vanderpump Rules, and you think you’re able to just go and forge your own path and start over, and you don’t have to see your old co-workers if you don’t want to. Then sure enough, it all comes back to Scheana. Always.”
“[Scheana’s] gonna love this,” Stassi went on. “Hi Scheana!”
