Summer House stars Amanda Batula and West Wilson‘s relationship is reportedly getting more “serious.”

The news comes fresh on the heels of more footage from the reunion, which begins airing next week, being released.

“West and Amanda are still dating,” an insider dished to Us Weekly, insisting the cast doesn’t believe their relationship will last.

“West took Amanda to meet his parents already in May,” they continued. “So they are getting serious.”

While fans are gearing up for the reunion, a clip of Andy Cohen talking to the cast before the reunion got going surfaced online.

Ciara, how did you choose what you were going to wear tonight?” Andy asked her, keeping things light at first.

“I had a couple of options,” she replied. “This is actually my backup, but you know, you can never really choose a reunion dress. It chooses you.”

Andy then asked Kyle Cooke what his skincare routine was, as fans were reportedly “buzzing” about his “ageless appearance.”

“I wish it was like this… 15-step scientific program that I could be selling on QVC, but a little… little moisturizer, little cleanser,” Kyle stated. “I’ll get down to the bottom of it. I use products that get sent to, well, our old apartment. So a little hodgepodge of PR gifting.”

Things then took a more serious turn, with Andy asking Carl Radke how he’s feeling about tonight.

“I’m a mess, honestly,” Carl answered. “I don’t know. I’m a little nervous and uncomfortable, but I feel like we can tell the truth here, we can maybe have some progress.”

West was then asked if he’s “dreading” the reunion.

“Obviously, yeah, but I do think there have also been a lot of rumors and speculation about things that aren’t true, and so I think as scary as it is, there’s a lot of space to clear things up and also make progress,” West said.

Finally, Andy turned to Amanda, asking her how it felt to not be sitting next to Kyle on the couch for the first time ever.

It’s just… weird that we didn’t share a dressing room and weird that we’re on different sides of the couch, but I think that was going to be inevitable no matter what transpired,” she claimed.

The Summer House world has been turned upside down since Amanda and West confirmed their relationship on March 31.

“We’ve seen the growing online speculation, so while this is still very new, we wanted to provide some clarity. It was never our intention to purposefully hide anything. Given the complicated dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it,” they shared in a joint social media post.

“We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing that either of us expected. Our connection grew out of a genuine, long-standing friendship, which made it especially important for us to approach this with care,” they elaborated.

West and Amanda also noted they kept quiet as their “feelings evolved” because they wanted to “take time to understand exactly what [they] were feeling.”

“We also recognize that this has had an impact beyond just us and never wanted our actions to cause any hurt or be perceived as careless,” they further explained. “We truly appreciate the understanding and respect as we navigate this.”
