The Real Housewives of Orange County alum Kelly Dodd has been hit with a revenge porn charge.
What’s more, the controversial star is facing jail time.
According to a new report from TMZ, prosecutors claim Kelly shared footage of a female masturbating and having sex without the woman’s consent.
In legal documents that the outlet obtained, it specifically states Kelly “unlawfully and intentionally” distributed images of a Jane Doe partaking in sexual activity.
The revenge porn was reportedly shared on or around August 29, 2025, and the woman in the photos alleges she suffered “severe emotional distress” from the ordeal.
The docs also note Kelly allegedly took the photos without the other woman’s consent, where she had a reasonable expectation of privacy, with prosecutors specifically stating Kelly and the female in question had agreed to keep the pics private.
Around the same time that she’s being accused of revenge porn, prosecutors state that Kelly contacted the Jane Doe and threatened to injure her, her family, and her property.
Kelly is also dealing with a battery charge from a different Jane Doe from an alleged incident in June 2025.
When adding everything up, Kelly is facing three misdemeanor charges and potential jail time.
To date, neither Kelly nor anyone on her side has commented on the report.
As Reality Blurb recently reported, Kelly was in a back-and-forth online beef with Dr. Dhivya Srinivasa, who claimed Kelly tried to sue her.
“Kelly, you don’t have a case because there is no case, but it’s not for lack of trying,” Dhivya said in an Instagram video last month. “You actually tried to file something.”
Dhivya then shared Kelly explicitly saying she wanted to sue Dhivya, leading Dhivya to go in more.
“How did that go for you?” she continued. “All I’ve done is hold you publicly accountable for the rancid excuse for sentences that come out of your mouth. That’s accountability disguised as entertainment. That’s not a crime. But you found that out on your own, huh, when you tried to file that. You don’t want people to know about that.”
Dhivya later showed Kelly insisting she “didn’t have time” to file paperwork against her, which Dhivya refuted with proof that Kelly did allegedly file legal paperwork against her.
“Kelly, stop lying. You did try and file paperwork. The public loves the tea, like don’t tempt me, I will just drop the receipt,” Dhivya stated, posting a copy of the alleged paperwork Kelly filed against her.
