The Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice‘s daughter, Milania, 20, was arrested for assault following a domestic incident.
Milania was taken into police custody by Montville Township police after her involvement in a domestic incident on May 14 that occurred around 6:12 p.m.
The 20-year-old was charged with “simple assault” and “purposely/ knowingly causing a bodily injury.”
A court spokesperson informed The Sun that the case had been classified as domestic violence. And while a hearing was held on May 19, no plea was entered.
To date, Milania, Bravo, and Teresa have yet to comment on the ordeal, and no further details have been shared at this time. But Milania did take to her Instagram page to share a cryptic post just minutes ago after the news of her arrest broke.
She shared a quote that reads, “None of us sit high enough to look down on anybody. Be humble.”
Last month, Reality Blurb reported that Milania was showing off a new inner-lip tattoo just days before this alleged assault took place.
The alleged incident also took place during an interesting time, as filming for season 15 of RHONJ is finally underway. Teresa is one of the three women from the season 14 cast returning, along with Dolores Catania and Melissa Gorga.
On the same day of her arrest, Milania posted a TikTok selfie video with an audio that said, “You are a diva. A young, beautiful diva.”

Following this post, she was absent from the social media platform for days. She returned to it on May 26, although she didn’t acknowledge her arrest or legal drama upon her return.
