Their marriage might have been short lived but boy oh boy the drama following their divorce announcement isn’t ending anytime soon.
The latest is that Luann de Lesseps (no more Mrs. D’Agostino) is getting her own Bravo divorce special in the form of a one-on-one sit down interview with Bravo host Andy Cohen.
E! News is reporting the special will air on Wednesday, Sept. 6, a week after the final part of the Real Housewives of New York reunion airs.
If you recall, LuAnn, 52, didn’t file for divorce until 3 weeks after Bravo had already filmed the reunion. It will be interesting to see what the former Countess shares with viewers!
Meanwhile, LuAnn’s ex Tom D’Agostino is now finding himself in the middle of some legal drama as he is being sued for fraud!
Radar Online is reporting that Tom, his father Thomas, and brother Jonathan, were all listed in a fraud lawsuit that was filed by his former business partner Frederick J. Keitel. While the case was filed in 2012, it is still currently in litigation.
In the suit, Frederick alleges that Tom, 50, was fired from his company, Workflow, “when the Board of Directors became aware that he was involved in fraudulent acitivty, including the diversion of significant projects and funds from the company to his personal use.”
When the company “demanded the reimbursement of approximately $1,200,000.00” from Tom and his father rather than go through court proceedings, they reportedly told Frederick that Workflow was in “financial trouble” and wanted to use the money from their joint company to pay Workflow back.

Frederick claims that he however took issue with the fact that “the payments [made by their joint company] were actually used by the D’Agostinos to reimburse Workflow for their own personal wrongdoings, including illegal and fraudulent activity.” Yikes!
Frederick also alleges that funds from their joint company was used to start new company Smart Source LLC, where Tom is the president and CEO while his Dad is the chairman.
Another allegation by Frederick is that the D’Agostinos used false information to secure mortgages in the company’s name, which ended up failing and resulting in the company accruing “more than $150,000 in interest penalties.”
Frederick wants the court to issue a judgement against Tom’s father “for damages in excess of $10,000,000.00, plus interest, costs and attorney’s fees.”
The D’Agostinos have however filed their own counter claim which accuses Frederick of being in the wrong and have asked the court to dissolve their joint company and to appoint a new General Partner in Frederick’s absence. So much drama!
This is an interesting update as there had been some past rumblings that Tom, despite appearing well-off himself, only dated women with generous divorce settlements who did well financially which has included LuAnn, Ramona Singer, and Sonja Morgan!
