Bethenny Frankel Purchases $2.5 Million Mansion as Second Hamptons Home!

Bethenny Frankel is the proud new owner of a Hamptons mansion!

Even more remarkable, this latest purchase by the Real Housewives of New York City star and Skinnygirl Cocktails founder makes the second home she owns in the Hampton. Must be nice.

The 4,239-square-foot home, which was originally built in 1910, was listed for $2,495,000 and features 7 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms on 0.6 acres of land.

It was recently renovated and mordernized, and now boasts a gunite pool, a wraparound porch, hardwood floors, plus bluestone outdoor patios.

This new home, known as the historic Morning Glory House in Bridgehampton, also has a history as it was once a bed and breakfast according to the New York Post.

Additionally, Bethenny’s rep tells The Post she hasn’t sold her first Hamptoms home adding that she “bought this one as an investment property.”  This makes it likely that Bethenny, 47, might be planning to run this as a bed and breakfast again.
