Sutton Stracke is moving on from her L.A. home where she lived with ex-husband, Christian Stracke, listing the property for $8.95 million.
The 6,627 square-foot home was purchased in 2012 by her ex for $7 million. The couple, who share three children together, got divorced in 2017, and now Sutton is ready to move forward to a new space.
Located in Bel Air, California, the historic home up for sale was built in 1936 and designed by Los Angeles architect James Dolena. The home sits on the quiet end of a cul-de-sac behind double private gates and boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The formal entryway features a curved staircase and spacious foyer, opening to two living areas with original crown molding and fireplaces plus a former dining room behind pocket doors.
The open-concept kitchen follows the light and airy flow of the space, with a beige and white color palette continuing off the casual dining area.
The spacious bedrooms have plenty of light and air and are simplistically designed, with a cozy yet elegant aesthetic that matches the overall feel of the house.
The master bedroom shares the cozy vibe with other bedrooms but adds glamorous touches and a fireplace. The private balcony overlooks the grounds and the massive master bath has a giant tub, shower, and dressing area.
