Captain Lee Rosbach is unleashing his thoughts on his employees’ behavior as he watches the current season of Below Deck. Early in the season, the captain was forced to depart the boat due to health reasons.

In the latest episode, castmate Camille Lamb arrived late to the boat after making out with deckhand Ben Willoughby on the beach at sunset during their shift. On her return, Camille argued loudly with second stew Alissa Humber, who has vocalized her frustrations concerning Camille’s work ethic. The conversation reached the point of yelling and an obscenity was thrown — all while guests were listening.

As the episode aired, Captain Lee took to Twitter to call out Alissa and Camille.

“Great, let’s have a fight in front of the guests,” wrote the captain on January 9, before adding sarcastically, “Well done.”

He also challenged Ben, seemingly over his flirtatious behavior with Camille.

“Ben, get your head in the game,” said Captain Lee. “And I don’t mean that game.”

The 73-year-old then questioned bosun Ross McHarg, who was flirty with deckhand Katie Glaser, perhaps during their shift. In a previous scene, the stars kissed in what seemed to be an inappropriate moment.

“Was Ross down in the bunk with Kate, on their break?” asked the captain. “Just asking, I wasn’t there.”

The captain seems to be making his disapproval known. What would have happened if the crew’s recent behavior took place on his watch?

Below Deck season 10 is currently airing Monday nights at 8 p.m. EST on Bravo.
