Kim Zolciak and her husband, Kroy Biermann’s, Alpharetta, GA mansion is officially in foreclosure, according to The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
The publication reported that as of February 15, the $2.5 million dollar property will be auctioned off on the Fulton County Courthouse steps on March 7th.
Kim has staunchly denied and evaded rumors that her home was in foreclosure for some time now. Just earlier this year, she participated in an “Ask Me” Q&A on Instagram and told a fan that her “home was never for sale in foreclosure” and that people “make up” those claims.
And back in November of 2022, when the foreclosure rumors really began to swirl, and reports claimed that she was removed from her home and it was sold for a mere $257,000, Kim again went on the defense and let into her “haters.”
“So, what are you gonna do, haters, when I’m here for Christmas, and I’m here for my birthday in May, and I’m here for all these amazing dates?” she asked. “I’m here until I f-cking wanna move out — until I decide I don’t wanna live here anymore. So, enjoy the view haters, because you’re gonna be seeing it for quite some time.”
Public records do not lie, however, as documents reveal that Truist Bank began foreclosure proceedings in 2022 on the reality star’s home and was based on what appears to be a default on a $1.65 million dollar mortgage taken out by the former RHOA couple in 2013.
The Georgia mansion is located in the Manor Golf & Country Club on the “18th hole and lake” and described as a “majestic brick and stone exterior” that “creates an elegant atmosphere with incredible views.”
The home was featured prominently on Kim and Kroy’s eight season-run of their hit Bravo series, Don’t be Tardy.
Kim has yet to publicly comment on news of her home’s foreclosure.
