Crystal Kung Minkoff is reportedly being sued by a woman claiming she was “suddenly and violently” rear-ended by a vehicle that allegedly belongs to the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star and her husband Rob Minkoff.

Crystal first joined RHOBH in season 11, and she is currently in the middle of filming season 13. As of now, it’s unclear whether the lawsuit will be addressed in future episodes.

Per legal documents obtained by TMZ, a woman named Candice Shahandeh-Rad alleged she was rear-ended “suddenly and violently” after getting stopped on a Los Angeles freeway off-ramp. The collision allegedly caused her to hit the vehicle ahead of her.

The documents indicated that pop singer Jeffrey Kung, Crystal’s brother, was driving when the crash took place. Candice alleged Jeffrey exited the vehicle, a Mercedes-Benz, and “admitted he was distracted,” but the documents don’t explain further details regarding how or why.

The outlet was told neither the RHOBH star nor her husband Rob (director of Disney’s The Lion King) were present in the vehicle, though Candice believes the couple owns the Benz and hires Jeffrey as a driver.

The plaintiff claimed she sustained injuries from the accident as well as damage to her own vehicle. Candice is suing Rob, Jeffrey, and Crystal for anxiety, loss of enjoyment for life, mental suffering, and pain resulting from the collision.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season 13 is currently filming.
