Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent recently revealed the toll that “Scandoval” has taken on her friend and co-star Ariana Madix, claiming Tom Sandoval refuses to leave their shared home amid their breakup after being caught in a months-long affair with Raquel Leviss.
“Sandoval won’t leave the house. I don’t know if he will now, but for a very long time he was like, ‘I plan on being here all week, and I plan on using every room in the house,'” Lala shared on her podcast, Give them Lala, on Wednesday.
Both Ariana and Sandoval own their shared home, so legally Sandoval is allowed to be there even if the court of public opinion thinks otherwise. Lala continued explaining that she feels Ariana has no “safe space” in her home to “recharge” as she pieces her life back together and Sandoval allegedly continues to see Raquel.
Furthermore, viewers have been commenting on Ariana’s noticeable weight loss — especially after photos surfaced of Ariana in her “revenge dress” for the Vanderpump Rules reunion. Lala said she understands the physical toll that a traumatic life event can have on someone’s body as she experienced similar issues after her split with ex-fiancé Randall Emmett.
“When I saw Ariana for the first time since all this happened, she said to me, ‘It now makes sense how you lost so much weight. It is a different kind of pain,’” Lala stated to listeners. “It’s a gut-wrenching sadness that you can’t explain.”
Just when Lala thinks she’s “over” the Scandoval drama, co-star Tom Schwartz hit the Watch What Happens Live stage on Wednesday night and gave an erratic and all-over-the-place interview with host Andy Cohen (the Bravo producer called Tom’s babbling a “word salad”). At one point, Schwartz encouraged fans to “give [Sandoval] a hug” because he’s “down bad.”
Needless to say, Lala was not thrilled and took to Instagram to unleash on Schwartz’s “buffoonery.”
“Every time I sit here and say, ‘I’m over Scandoval. I don’t want to see it anymore.’ One of those f—ing people just meets another level of buffoonery!” she started off the video.
“And here I am. Here I am having to school more motherf—ers on life. What Schwartz said has made me need to smack my vape 500 times, and I can’t f—ing find it!”
