Tamra Judge is officially Team Melissa Gorga.
On the current season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, the greatest drama involves Melissa’s beef with sister-in-law Teresa Giudice. In a recent episode, Teresa mentioned Melissa’s daughter Antonia in an argument, saying she didn’t attend her cousin Milania’s sweet 16. In response, Melissa claimed the teenager was unable to attend due to a cheer competition.
Teresa and Tamra have also gone head-to-head in recent months. The latest battle was waged when Teresa suggested Tamra was a bad friend to Brandi Glanville after Tamra interviewed Caroline Manzo, who reportedly accused Brandi of inappropriate behavior on Real Housewives Ultimate Girls Trip.
Speaking on her Two T’s In A Pod podcast, Tamra addressed the sister-in-law drama.
“I am team — especially now — Melissa, one thousand percent. One thing that I really like about Joe [Gorga] and Melissa is they do not put their kids in the middle. And they do not say bad things about Teresa to their kids. And it’s nonstop. It’s like don’t get the kids involved, don’t do it,” she expressed, via Heavy.
Her co-host Teddi Mellencamp expressed her belief that Teresa mentioned Antonia because she hoped “Melissa [would] look like she doesn’t try hard to make things happen.”
Tamra noted that Teresa wasn’t pleased when Melissa claimed Gabriella Giudice couldn’t attend Gino’s communion due to a soccer tournament.
“Whenever Melissa tries to explain herself, Teresa shuts her down, ‘Oh tit for tat, oh you got to bring that up.’ Well, why is it okay for Teresa to bring it up?” Tamra asked.
The sisters-in-law also disagreed when Melissa rejected Teresa’s offer for Gino to be in her wedding. Melissa later claimed Teresa was using Gino as a “prop.”
“He’s not going to be the saving grace to say like ‘I had someone.’ I think she’s starting to realize like ‘wow this is a little of f***** up that there’s not one person coming to the wedding that’s my real family,’” Melissa shared on the RHONJ Aftershow.
She also was unhappy that Teresa asked Gino over Antonia.
“It’s weird to me that it’s Gino, still not Antonia. I mean, it’s the girl who usually picks the girls, and she’s jumping to Gino. She skipped right over Antonia,” the 44-year-old added.
