Kim Zolciak accused her ex Kroy Biermann of marijuana use and claimed she’s scared for the well-being of their children. She’s also asking him to take a drug test.

The Don’t Be Tardy stars are in the midst of a contentious divorce amid reports that they owe $1.1 million in unpaid taxes. Many fans were shocked to learn of the split given Kim’s tendency to brag about her ‘juicy’ husband and stellar marriage.

In legal documents via TMZ, Kim said she watched her ex smoke cannabis, and she’s allegedly scared about the safety of her children. The star asked the court to enforce a drug test.

Apparently, she’s worried about the children while in the care of Kroy. Because of this, she’s seeking a five-panel hair follicle test, and she requested that he not remove or cut any hair until the test is over.

Meanwhile, Kim posted a cryptic quote concerning “love.”

“The highest form of love is consideration,” said the quote, posted on her Instagram Story on Tuesday, via Page Six. “When someone thinks about how things would make you feel.”

The message continued, saying one’s significant other should hold the partner in “regard when making decisions that could affect you,” and they should pay “attention to detail.”

“In any bond, how much they care about you can be found in how much they consider you,” the message ended.

Since news of the divorce broke, reports of Kim’s alleged gambling have also surfaced, and sources claim their financial situation is the principal cause of the split.

Certain fans believe Kim’s ‘pot’ allegation is a cheap attempt to paint Kroy as the bad guy amid their fight for sole custody of the children. Despite everything, the exes reportedly are still living in the same house.
