Luis Ruelas’ company is reportedly getting sued over allegations of harassment.

The 49-year-old, who is now married to Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Teresa Giudice, was immediately the target of rumors and speculation after stepping in front of the Bravo cameras.

His wedding to Teresa was recently shown in a Bravo special, which showcased his frustration with brother-in-law Joe Gorga’s behavior after deciding to skip the ceremony.

According to Us Weekly, Luis’ company Digital Media Solutions company was named in a lawsuit regarding allegations of harassment.

Per court docs obtained by the outlet, Juanita Williams is suing DMS and Choice Health Insurance, claiming she received several telemarketing calls even though she’s listed on the “Do Not Call” national registry.

The woman is reportedly seeking $1,500 for each call, and she claimed she answered one from Choice Health, who allegedly informed her that Digital Media Solutions generated Juanita’s phone number as a sales lead.

Digital Media Solutions website says it’s a “leading provider of technology-enabled digital performance advertising solutions connecting consumers and advertisers.”

Neama Rahmani, an attorney who is not involved in the case, discussed the suit’s possible ramifications in an interview with the outlet.

“When it comes to these types of violations, you know, individually they might not be a lot, but they really do add up,” said the lawyer. “So, Congress has passed laws that allow people to sue and kinda get these statutory damages. Again, might not make sense with respect to one call, but if people or companies are making hundreds, sometimes thousands of phone calls, this is a way for consumers to kind of strike back and get back. If the allegations are true, Louie and his company may be in for some financial trouble.”

In May of this year, Luis shared on Watch What Happens Live that he was let go from his job after beginning his relationship with the mother of four.

“Teresa didn’t want me to say this, but they let me go from my company from all the negative stuff that came up in the press because of my exes out there,” said Luis. “Yeah, they called me up and said, you know, ‘You have to step down.’ That really sucked.”

The three-part Real Housewives of New Jersey season 13 reunion begins airing on Tuesday, May 30, at 8/7c on Bravo.
