Lala Kent Claims Tom Sandoval “Ruined” Raquel’s Life, Calls Him a “Narcissist,” and Shares How She Thinks Raquel Should Move Forward, Plus If They'll Last

As the Vanderpump Rules season 10 reunion drama begins to wind down, paparazzi recently caught up with star Lala Kent. She thinks that Raquel Leviss and Tom Sandoval’s relationship won’t stand the test of time after engaging in a months-long affair behind the back of Sandoval’s ex of nine years, Ariana Madix.

While Lala previously mentioned that she feels slightly bad for Raquel following the reunion, it doesn’t change her opinion of Sandoval. She believes he selfishly used Raquel and imploded her life in the process.

“You bring this girl in, blow up her life, and for you—because you’re a narcissist—it’s like it doesn’t affect you either way,” Lala recently told E! News’ The Rundown. “You’re just thrilled people are talking about you.”

“You could have really ruined her entire life,” she continued. “Well, you kind of did. You absolutely did.”

Following filming of the explosive Pump Rules reunion, Raquel checked herself into a mental health facility in order to work on herself and the “trauma” she’s experienced. She’s been residing there for a little over two months.

While Raquel has laid low since the affair went public, Sandoval has done the opposite. He has made the press rounds while touring with his cover band, Tom Sandoval and the Most Extras.

And how can Raquel, whose given name is Rachel, piece her life back together? Lala stated the former pageant queen needs a whole new identity.

“If she, like, moved, and changed her name again,” the Give Them Lala podcast host said.

Sandoval and Raquel have remained in contact since the affair fallout and reunion backlash, despite Tom claiming the two were never in a committed relationship following his breakup with Ariana.

Paparazzi recently caught up with Lala outside of LAX airport in Los Angeles, where she gave her unfiltered opinion on if the pair could make a long-term relationship work after telling each other “I love you” on camera.

“I think it was fun for them,” Lala told a TMZ paparazzo. “I think if it were up to [Raquel] they would go the distance. [But] I don’t know if he’s the one to do that with.”

When asked if she thought there would ever be “wedding bells” in Sandoval and Raquel’s future, Lala said, “No, no. Whoever marries Sandoval, I feel very bad for them.”

Lala also said that she thinks the affair coming to light was an act of divine intervention for Ariana, and it was meant to happen for her sake.

“I stand by what I said, when I feel like the universe, even though it was traumatizing for her, [the universe] knew that she was tough enough to handle it. The universe said that night the phone fell out, ‘We’re gettin’ ya outta here,’” she concluded.
