Crystal Kung Minkoff Claps Back at Olivia Flowers' “Rude” Diss, Says She Doesn’t “Know Who She Is,” and Shares Why Olivia Got “Mad”

She can’t help that she’s so popular.

Crystal Kung Minkoff reacted to Olivia Flowers’ claim that Crystal was ‘rude’ to her at BravoCon. According to Crystal, Olivia got “mad” because she wasn’t recognized by the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star – who still doesn’t “know who she is.”

Olivia made the accusation after Crystal claimed in an interview that many Bravolebs were unkind at the conference, including multiple cast members from the Real Housewives of New York.

In a December 7 interview, Crystal addressed her drama with the Southern Charm star.

“I heard about who [Olivia] was a week ago. I don’t know who she is,” said Crystal on the “Viall Files” podcast, via Us Weekly. “And let me tell you something: My glam team [asked] me, ‘Did you see this?’ I don’t know who she is [and] I feel bad.”

According to Crystal, her hair and makeup team forwarded a pic Olivia posted after the women met “a year ago.” But in Crystal’s opinion, Olivia got “mad” because she wasn’t recognized.

“[It’s] not rude. There’s a lot of people that don’t know who I am [and] I’m not like, ‘You’re rude. You should know who I am,’” said Crystal. “Genuinely, I don’t watch [any of the other Bravo] shows, so if I don’t recognize you, it’s not a [diss]. That’s an ego-driven thing that has nothing to do with me.”

Crystal denied being “a rude person.”

“I literally couldn’t pick her out of a lineup today,” she said. “I have no idea who she is.”

Host Nick Viall guessed that Olivia was upset because Crystal assumed she was a fan, rather than a star.

“You hit the nail on the head,” Crystal responded. “That picture, my team reminded me, [was of] me, her, and another girl. At that time, these two girls came up to me and said, ‘We said hi to you outside, and we think you think we’re fans, but we’re on the network.’ So, that’s exactly what it is. I didn’t recognize her this year.”

“But, I can’t control who I don’t know, but I treat fans, I treat friends [and] anyone on the network the same,” she continued. “You don’t get an extra bump because you’re on the network. I’m going to be polite to you no matter what.”

Though she doesn’t know who Olivia is, Crystal said it’s “not a dig on her or anybody that I don’t know.”

“[Olivia] wanted to be recognized by me, and I didn’t recognize her, and therefore, I’ve become a ‘rude person,’” she explained. “You can’t be butthurt [that] the whole world doesn’t know who you are. Love her, too, whoever she is.”
