Season 17 of the Real Housewives of Orange County was a doozie, and fans know the new season is currently filming. There is said to be a ton of drama coming up, but it seems Jennifer Pedranti is having some professional problems outside of the show. In addition to her fights with Tamra, Jennifer is being sued for unpaid rent for her yoga studio.

Of course, Jennifer was new to the show for season 17. She is a soon-to-be divorced mother of five and caused quite a stir on the show.

Now, Radar Online has obtained court documents related to a lawsuit from Plaza El Paseo Center. The lawsuit is against Jennifer, her ex-husband William, and their two business partners. The four of them own Devi Rebel Yoga, which is located in the shopping center in Santa Margarita, California.

Jennifer and her associates have leased the studio since November 2019 and initially put down a deposit of $18,300. At first, they were to pay $4,651 for rent per month. This was during the first six months. The rate later changed to $9,000. Apparently, the lease has changed twice.

According to the lawsuit, “On November 1, 2023, and continuing thereafter, Defendants, and each of them, failed to pay the rent obligations due and owing under the Lease in full on time.”

They were also served with a notice to pay or quit but failed to comply. The rent had gone up to $9,875 when they stopped paying. The landlord is seeking $133k from Jennifer and her partners. However, sources tell Radar that they are in the process of handling the unpaid debt.

Jennifer has yet to address the matter publicly. This could easily become a storyline for the next season of RHOC. Her divorce from William is also ongoing, and she is requesting spousal and child support.
