Most fans know Lauren Manzo from her appearances on The Real Housewives of New Jersey.

Lauren has seemingly struggled with her weight for years now. She even underwent lap band surgery while her mother was still on the show.

Now, Lauren has lost quite a bit of weight. This has caused many fans to question her overall health as well as the methods she used to lose weight. She has now taken to TikTok to address the issue.

She starts by saying, “Okay, so I’m gonna acknowledge this, and then I’m not gonna acknowledge it again. I understand I’ve lost a lot of weight. I lost 90 pounds. Okay. I was pushing 210 pounds, and I am only 5 foot three.”

She explains that she has always had a small frame and that people often think she’s taller. However, Lauren is only 5 foot 3. She also admits that she had a breast reduction due to back pain.

She then says, “And people are on here saying they’re concerned for me and stuff like that. I have doctors for that. I have a functional medicine doctor that checks an excessive amount of blood panels every three months. I take a ton of vitamins. And I have a primary doctor that also feels that I am at a healthy weight right now.”

She continues, “I’m bouncing between 115 and 120 pounds. I am 5’3″. Actually, 120 pounds and less is what my doctors have told me my entire life that I should be for the average height and weight that I am.”

Lauren then says that she would like to be about 135 with muscle. However, she hasn’t been going to the gym as much as she’d like.

She then discusses her eating habits. She says, “I mean, you see me eating all the time. My videos are me eating constantly. I don’t eat so much in the beginning of the day. I’m. I’m not a big breakfast person.”
