Lala Kent joined the long list of Vanderpump Rules castmates who are settling in San Fernando Valley with her purchase of a $3 million mansion.

Real estate records show she bought the house for $3.1 million last month. The 5,100-square-foot gated estate has five bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

According to TMZ, her living room contains skylights and double-height ceilings, and the home showcases an indoor, outdoor style. The gourmet kitchen features high-end appliances and a large island with lots of seating.

Lala also now has a wine room, a huge backyard, a pool/spa, a fire pit, a sports court, and an outdoor kitchen.

The backyard, which is surrounded by privacy hedges, was designed with entertaining in mind.

Lala’s gated estate also boasts a large lot and a 1,006-square-foot guest house according to the listing.

Additionally, the stunning house offers vaulted ceilings with a cozy fireplace, a luxurious primary suite with a walk-in closet, and a lavish bathroom with a soaking tub, a large shower, and a double vanity.

Upstairs in this home, there’s a generously sized bedroom, full bathroom, and spacious loft area with an attached bonus room. The house has a ton of nice amenities, including a laundry room, wine room, security system, high ceilings, and a two-car garage.

Congrats to Lala on her major purchase! She also owns a vacation home in Palms Springs, California. You can see photos of that $1.3 million home by clicking here.

During a recent Q&A on her Instagram Stories this month, Lala revealed she planned to keep her Palm Springs home.

“Yes. This house is my sanctuary. There is nothing like the desert,” said Lala when asked if she would keep the home.
