In a hot-mic moment, Sai De Silva suggested newbie castmate Rebecca Minkoff is “boring” on Real Housewives of New York, and she hinted that co-stars are already “trying to take her down” as fans reacted.
Rebecca has been open about her views as a Scientologist, and her father David Minkoff is allegedly a powerful member of the church.
“She’s nice. She’s really really nice but like not – It’s kinda boring,” said Sai of Rebecca on Jeff Lewis Live, via @queensofbravo on X.
“She’s too nice [on] the show,” explained Sai, who addressed how they’re now filming the new season. “I think she’s already – people are trying to take her down.”
But according to Sai, Rebecca is being “unresponsive.”
Toward the end of the clip, someone on the radio show chimed in.
“Reminder: We are being recorded, guys,” said a man behind the camera. “So don’t say anything you don’t want.”
Sai’s mouth dropped.
“Oh, okay,” she said.

Fans then reacted to Sai’s statements.
“So, one of the most boring Housewives in Housewives history is calling someone boring,” wrote one user. “That’s rich. I am still baffled that they brought Sai back. I mean, they kept both Sai and Erin. They could give us a break and at least dump one of them?”
“I guess we will make our own judgement when we see the show, but Sai wasn’t anything exciting herself,” echoed another. “See what kind of edit production give her this time around.”
A third fan expressed: “[I’ll be] making my own judgement because sai is a menace.”
Another critic brought up Shelly Miscavige, a Church of Scientology member who allegedly hasn’t been seen in public since 2007.
“Tell the ladies to ask one simple question. ‘Where is Shelly Miscavige?'” wrote the fan. “Let’s get the show started.”
