Many of our favorite reality television stars from both today and yesteryear are finding new ways to lose weight. For many, weight loss drugs like Mounjaro are the answer despite some of the potential side effects. Now, former Mob Wives star Renee Graziano is one of the latest to shed pounds and credit the medication.

As fans of Mob Wives know, the show started in 2011, and Renee was one of the original cast members. She appeared on the series until it ended in 2016. Recently, she celebrated 18 months of sobriety after her then-boyfriend introduced her to cocaine in high school.

Recently, Renee took to her official Instagram to show off her new figure and to provide some insight into how she lost weight. She did so by posting a before-and-after picture. Her caption began, “OH BABY. IM DOWN 52lbs … I love sharing my weight-loss journey with y’all because truthfully, I’ve been so hard on myself behind the scenes.”

She continued describing her struggles by saying, “I’ve battled self-criticism in the past! Ripped myself down to the ground!! I truly was so sick and tired of my life and my inability to lose weight so I thought I’d eat until I felt better THAT NEVER HAPPENED, I felt like I was constantly falling short—of how I “should” look, feel, and keep up with what society tells us is acceptable.”

Renee continued, “That’s why, when I see photos that show the real, visible change, My clear eyes and genuine smile I have to share. I want everyone to know if I can do it you can do it! it’s all possible!!”

From there, she began to discuss her process, saying, “Between taking my weekly MOUNJARO shot for the 1st 5 months, [then] making sure I took the right supplements (dm me I will share what take) weekly chats with my therapist and doing all the work behind my insecurity, I haven’t felt the need for a plastic surgery short cut, Although I do believe whatever makes you happy and doesn’t jeopardize your life do it! I do, do a little Botox and a touch of lip filler.”

She then went on to say that her weight loss journey has transformed her mind and body and that people should be kind to themselves.

People who want to keep up with Renee can catch her on episodes of The Crysis Queen podcast on all platforms.
