Andy Cohen hinted at the upcoming season of Real Housewives of Rhode Island, addressed newbies on Real Housewives of New York, and revealed how involved Denise Richards will be on the new season of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Earlier this year, Bravo announced that RHORI is coming to the network, and Andy suggested it’s similar to the early seasons of Real Housewives of New Jersey. As of now, RHONJ is still on hiatus, though certain castmates have test-filmed with potential newbies.

On Andy Cohen Live, the host teased the first season of Real Housewives of Rhode Island.

“It’s gonna be amazing,” he said. “It’s gonna be really good. We’re almost done filming the season and [they’re popping].” Andy added that the cast is “very” Italian, saying, “You do not want to f**k with the people from [Rhode Island].”

As for Real Housewives of New York, he shared that new castmates will be added.

“A few have been determined,” said Andy, who couldn’t reveal how many. “We haven’t rounded it out yet.”

According to the host, Real Housewives of Beverly Hills is also “going great.”

“As a matter of fact … I believe we just wrapped [the new season]. It’s so good,” he said, before addressing Denise’s involvement (and seemingly putting to bed the rumors she’s feuding with Rachel Zoe). “Denise filmed with us a few times. And I think she and Rachel know each other … Yeah, they’re okay.”

Andy then claimed they’re “working on” Real Housewives of New Jersey.

“Listen, we are taking our time with these shows,” he explained. “When we bring them back, we want to get it right.”

Last week, a source addressed the status of RHONJ.

“Some of Real Housewives of New Jersey cast have test-filmed,” shared the insider at the time in an interview for Us Weekly. “There are potential new cast members who filmed with Margaret Josephs, Dolores Catania and Melissa Gorga in mid-August … They want to see how the new girls work on camera with some veteran cast members from the show.”

They hinted that Teresa Giudice, Jennifer Fessler, and Jackie Goldschneider (who did not test film) are “still in consideration to be part of the new season … No official casting decisions have been made.”
