Tamra Judge claimed Wendy Osefo’s neighbor “slid into my DM[s]” and shared that her entire neighborhood suspected “instantly” that the burglary was “insurance fraud,” as there was something “shady about it.”

Last week, the Real Housewives of Potomac star and her husband, Eddie Osefo, were arrested under suspicion of fraud. According to the police, the couple allegedly staged a home robbery and defrauded their insurance company for hundreds of thousands of dollars. Per the authorities, Wendy posted a photo with the anniversary ring that she had reported stolen, and the police found several other items in their home that were reported missing.

“[Wendy’s] neighbor slid into my DM[s],” said Tamra on Two Ts in a Pod. “Basically [she said] that they all got notices on their front door or in their mailbox that there had been a burglary, and it was at … Wendy and Eddie’s house. And instantly the whole entire neighborhood was thinking, ‘This is insurance fraud.’”

“That’s what she said,” Tamra added. “All [the neighbors] were saying, no way, no way, no way, because — I don’t know if the area where they’re at is not known for burglaries, but she is on TV, so that’s a different level — but they all thought something was kind of shady about it.”

Co-host Teddi Mellencamp pointed out that Wendy’s co-star Ashley Darby claimed “this ain’t news to us, it’s news to y’all.”

“There’s a lot of people that have come out. Somebody else that worked with [Wendy] came out and did a TikTok or something saying she was horrible to work with,” said Tamra. “This is before she got on Housewives. I mean, it’s not good. Mia came out and made a statement as well. What’s going on over there on Potomac?”

“I’ve always thought to myself, you know, somebody that’s always bragging about money and bragging about their degrees and stuff like that — it’s always like a little bit of a red flag for me,” she added. “I like Wendy, I met Wendy … but it’s not looking good. Why would you wear the ring you reported stolen?”
