A source claimed Alexia Nepola is “back with Todd” Nepola amid his $11 million lawsuit against Bravo, despite her “denials to the contrary.” Plus, the source shared what Alexia allegedly told the network about their reconciliation.

According to reports, Todd filed an $11 million lawsuit against NBCUniversal and Bravo, claiming his name and likeness were used without his permission. He also alleged that he was defamed. During the latest season of The Real Housewives of Miami, it was suggested that Todd’s financial situation wasn’t as it appeared. Todd, however, has firmly denied this.

“Alexia is back with Todd, despite her denials to the contrary,” alleged a source speaking to Radar. “She’s been seen with him quite a bit out and about, and she’s doing a really s—- job of hiding it … This is definitely controversial, given Todd is currently in litigation with Bravo for defamation and unauthorized use of his image.”

“Alexia is insisting to Bravo she’s back with him to try to get him to drop the lawsuit, which isn’t true,” the insider claimed. “He doesn’t have power over Todd, as has been witnessed by him suddenly walking out on her. He also doesn’t have much of a case, and his lawyers will likely convince him to take a settlement without it going to trial. He likely will take something if it’s thrown at him, and then this will all be a non-issue.”

According to the source, Alexia is clearly “still madly in love” with Todd, and no matter what happens, she isn’t “giving up on her relationship.”

In an August Instagram post, Todd reacted to Adriana de Moura seemingly shading his finances.

“I couldn’t believe people would make these kinds of lies up. I was very mad at her for lying on TV … But I was the most mad at producers, who knew the story wasn’t true,” he said at the time.

Todd continued, “I realized I couldn’t live in this world anymore, and the woman I loved couldn’t live without it. So I had to make a decision to leave … [Bravo and NBCUniversal will] have a courtroom to perform in, and [they’re] not going to have to convince the public … [but] a real judge and a real jury if [they] had the right to use me on TV and lie about me on TV when [they] knew it was a lie.”
