In a preview for the upcoming season premiere of Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Dorit Kemsley addressed the moment she realized it was over with ex PK Kemsley – and recalled the day she decided to file for divorce.
Last season, Dorit revealed that she and PK separated, as she opened up about their issues. According to Dorit, PK chose to leave, though at the time it seemed they could possibly reconcile.
“Things I see are not okay,” said Boz Saint John in a preview shared by @bravotv on Instagram. “[He has] this picture with this girl out on the street in LA. What is that?”
The screen then showed the photo of PK kissing a blond woman in April.
In a confessional, Boz explained, “When I saw PK kissing that Shein version of Dorit, first I rolled my eyes, then I threw up a little.”
Back in the scene, Dorit addressed her own reaction: “When I saw that on the street, him kissing that other woman, I felt like, ‘That’s it. That’s it … That man there on the street, I don’t know him.”
“The next day, you filed [for divorce],” Boz responded.
“It was that [same] day. It was that day,” said Dorit, who added in a confessional, “The day after I filed, Jagger had a baseball game. I honestly felt disgusted with him, so hurt, so upset, so angry, I didn’t even look at him. I couldn’t even look at him.”
Boz asked if PK sees the kids.
“He travels a lot,” Dorit answered. “So when he’s in town, he’ll have them on a Saturday night. As far as my kids are concerned, when it comes to me, I only speak the best about their father … I used to do a lot to protect him, a lot. I know he’s a master of his own disaster. Do you really think, when I filed, that I was going to check that box giving him joint custody?”
In her confessional, Dorit shared, “PK’s response to my petition was to ask for joint custody, which I’m not surprised. Publicly, he wants to save face. PK does not have a lifestyle that he can have the kids 50% of the time.”
Back in the scene, Dorit told Boz, “Probably the thing that’s hurt me most was it was big news, obviously, when I filed. Kyle Richards messaged me four days later. ‘Hi, checking on you. How are you?'”
Boz commented, “I think that would be disappointing to not use that moment as an opportunity to be like, ‘Hey look, I’m with you.'”
